What makes Earth Energy Resources different from the other companies in this field?
Earth Energy Resources’ revolutionary extraction and soil remediation methods are truly unique. Our process removes 98% of oil from tar sand, and has little or no impact on the environment. We are the only company of our kind to use a process that is efficient, yet environmentally friendly. How well does The Ophus Process work?
The Ophus Process extracts oil from tar sand at a rate of 98.22%. The process leaves just 0.29% hydrocarbon in the sand. These are extraordinary numbers that have not been replicated by any other system. For more information please see technology page. Is The Ophus Process a proprietary product and if so is it patented?
Yes, a North American patent is currently pending. What environmental impact will this process have?
One of the most impressive features of the process is how environmentally benign it is. We use no harsh chemicals, do not contaminate the soil we work with, and create no tailing ponds. Our method removes all but 0.29% of hydrocarbons, producing clean saleable sand. Has field testing been conducted and if so what were the results?
We have conducted two field tests and both produced impressive results. A comprehensive laboratory report, using some of the samples collected, has been compiled and confirms all earlier results. Did a non-bias and independent laboratory conduct the tests?
Yes. Maxxam Analytics Inc. collected all test samples on site. Patrick Aberle C.T. preformed the majority of the testing under the direct supervision of Maxxam Analytics Inc. All reports on this website are unaltered and are the direct findings of Maxxam Analytics Inc.
